- 300g / 10.6 oz frozen Green peas
- 100g / 3.5 oz Ricotta (regular)
- A handful of Basil

Zubereitung
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Peel and dice onion. Sauté in olive oil until translucent.
3. Add peas and a scoop of pasta water. Let simmer covered for 5-8 minutes.
4. Drain pasta.
5. Wash basil leaves, dry, and puree with pea-onion mix until smooth.
6. Mix ricotta into sauce and serve with pasta.
