- 4 medium Sweet Potatoes
- 454g / 1lb 80/20 grass-fed Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp Mustard Powder
- 0.25 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 4 tbsp slightly softened Unsalted Butter
- 454g / 1lb 80/20 grass-fed Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp Mustard Powder
- 0.25 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 4 tbsp slightly softened Unsalted Butter
Zubereitung
1. Preheat the oven to 204°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. Place 4 medium Sweet Potatoes on the baking sheet and cook for 1 hour.
3. When the potatoes have cooked for about 45 minutes, heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 454g / 1lb ground 80/20 grass-fed Beef.
4. Sauté for about 5 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula or wooden spoon, until the meat is starting to brown and is nearly cooked through.
5. Stir in 1 tsp Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp ground Black Pepper, 0.5 tsp Paprika, 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder, 0.5 tsp Onion Powder, 0.5 tsp Mustard Powder, and 0.25 tsp ground Turmeric. Mix in thoroughly, cover, and let simmer for a few more minutes.
6. Take the Sweet Potatoes out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes, then slice them open lengthwise and slather with 1 tbsp slightly softened Unsalted Butter each.
