Zubereitung
1. In a bowl, mix 250g / 8.82oz Spelt flour Type 630, 2 tsp Cream of tartar baking powder, and 250g / 8.82oz Natural yogurt.
2. Knead the dough on a floured surface or in a mixer for 5 minutes.
3. Form a roll and divide it into 6 equal parts, shaping each into a ball.
4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
5. Flatten the balls into small discs with your hands.
6. Dust with a little flour if the dough is too sticky.
7. Preheat a pan over medium heat and bake each bread portion on both sides.
8. Watch closely as the bread can darken quickly, turning as needed.
