Buono a sapersi
Buckwheat contains high-quality protein, rich in essential amino acids like lysine and tryptophan. Lysine is crucial for improving cognitive function and promoting mental performance, while tryptophan supports the immune system and relaxation by acting as a precursor to serotonin. Buckwheat flour has a nutty flavor and adds great aroma to baked goods. You can also top the galettes with ripe peaches, nectarines, or apricots in summer.
