Ingredienti
- 400g / 14.11oz drained Chickpeas
- 2 cloves roughly chopped Garlic
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 lemon plus extra to serve Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame seed paste Tahini
Preparazione
- Add 400g / 14.11oz drained Chickpeas, 2 cloves roughly chopped Garlic, 2 tsp Olive oil, and juice of 1 Lemon to a food processor.
- Add 1 tbsp Tahini.
- Add 2 tbsp cold tap water and freshly ground black pepper.
- Whizz up until smooth.
- Add extra water if a looser consistency is desired.
