Ingredienti
- 200g / 7.05oz fresh or frozen Raspberries
- 1/2 tsp ground Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
Preparazione
- Sort, wash, and dry 200g / 7.05oz fresh or frozen Raspberries (thaw if frozen).
- Puree Raspberries with a hand blender in a tall container.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove small seeds, if desired.
- Stir in 2 tbsp Chia seeds and 1/2 tsp ground Vanilla.
- Let the mixture swell in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumps.
- Puree again if desired.
- Store in the refrigerator and consume within 4 to 5 days.
