1. In short

This website uses one analytics tool: Google Analytics 4. It is loaded only after you consent in the cookie banner. If you decline, or don't answer, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set. The site works completely either way.

We set no advertising cookies, no retargeting, no social-media plugins and no embedded video.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser and can read back on a later visit. Related techniques such as local storage also keep data in your browser, but aren't sent to the server with every request. This policy covers both.

3. Your choice is stored without a cookie

Your answer to the cookie banner is kept in your browser's local storage under the key growww-cookie-consent. That is strictly necessary so the banner doesn't reappear on every page, and therefore needs no consent (§ 25(2)(2) TDDDG). The entry holds only accepted or declined — no identifier that could recognise you.

You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings on this page. On withdrawal we stop further analytics calls and remove Google Analytics cookies that this website can access. You can also clear the site's data in your browser settings.

4. Which cookies are set

Only after you consent:

Without your consent GrowwW sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Technically necessary storage or security measures used by the hosting infrastructure remain unaffected.

5. Google Analytics 4 in detail

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and how visitors arrive. We have a data-processing agreement with Google under Art. 28 GDPR.

How we have configured it:

• IP truncation is on (anonymize_ip), so your IP address is shortened before storage.
• No advertising features. We do not enable Google Signals, remarketing, or audience export to any ad account.
• No Google Tag Manager, and no further tools loaded through a tag manager.
• Page views are sent by us rather than automatically on load, so navigating within the site doesn't double-count.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with § 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw it at any time (see section 3); withdrawal takes effect going forward.

Google also processes data in the United States. For that transfer we rely on the EU standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, and Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Even so, it cannot be ruled out that US authorities access data for surveillance purposes without remedies equivalent to those available in the EU.

6. Error monitoring (no cookies)

We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., San Francisco, USA; processed in its EU region) to detect technical faults. Sentry sets no cookies and is not used for analytics. When an error occurs, technical details of the event are transmitted; credentials, tokens and similar values are stripped before sending. See the privacy policy for more.

7. Controlling cookies in your browser

Independently of our banner, your browser can restrict cookie storage, limit it to particular sites, or delete cookies already stored. The help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge describe how. This website is fully usable without cookies.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, the right to withdraw a consent you have given, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
