Delete your GrowwW account and data
You can request deletion of your GrowwW account and associated personal data without installing the app or signing in. Becomyng GmbH handles these requests.

Email support@growww-app.com, preferably from the email address registered with GrowwW. Tell us whether you want to delete your account and all associated personal data, or only specific data. If you cannot use that email address, contact us anyway: we may request only the information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Never send your password, verification codes or your child’s health details.
What the request covers
Account and profile details, linked child profiles, allergies and food reactions, diary entries, uploaded photos, preferences and account-linked activity are covered by a full deletion request. We also address associated data held by our service providers. Where records must remain, we remove identifying links or restrict their use as appropriate; we do not treat merely pseudonymised data as anonymous.
Timing and retained records
We respond without undue delay and within one month of receiving your request. For complex or numerous requests, GDPR permits an extension of up to two further months; we tell you within the first month and explain why. Some records must be retained for legal obligations or legal claims. Relevant tax and commercial records may have statutory retention periods, typically six to ten years as described in our privacy policy. Any exception, applicable period and reason will be explained in our response. Provider and backup retention may differ; we do not promise immediate erasure from every backup.
Delete only certain data
You may request erasure of specific data without closing your account. Tell us the category, not sensitive details. We will explain if the affected feature cannot operate without that data.
Subscriptions and your rights
Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it in the store where you subscribed. This does not prevent you from requesting deletion. You can exercise your GDPR rights, including erasure under Article 17, through the same email address and complain to a competent data protection authority.
