How we check
Every food and allergen card is read over before publication — for age-appropriateness, for texture and preparation, and to make sure safety guidance isn't missing. The benchmark is the recommendations of public professional bodies: the AWMF S3 guideline on allergy prevention (2022), ESPGHAN, the DGKJ, the Gesund ins Leben network, NHS Start4Life and the AAP. Where recommendations differ between countries, we say so rather than smoothing it over.
What we don't claim
GrowwW does not diagnose anything, does not detect allergies, and does not replace medical supervision. We promise no health outcomes. If allergies run in your family, if there's a pre-existing condition, or if your child is under treatment, your paediatric practice is the first place to go — not this app.
