Preparation
1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend 160g / 5.64oz raw Almonds, 70g / 2.47oz raw Brazil nuts, and 70g / 2.47oz raw Cashews together for a few minutes until smooth and creamy. Scrape the side of the blender if needed. 2. Store the nut butter in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
