Ingredients
- 80g / 2.82oz Coconut sugar
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 120ml / 4.06fl oz Salted unsweetened almond butter
- 1 large Organic egg
- 30g / 1.06oz Chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Hulled hemp seeds
- 30g / 1.06oz Ground flaxseeds
- 30g / 1.06oz toasted and chopped Walnuts
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together 80g / 2.82oz Coconut sugar and 0.5 tsp Baking soda.
- Stir in 120ml / 4.06fl oz Salted unsweetened almond butter and mix to combine.
- Crack in 1 large Organic egg and mix.
- Add 30g / 1.06oz Chocolate chips, 2 tbsp Hulled hemp seeds, 30g / 1.06oz Ground flaxseeds, and 30g / 1.06oz toasted and chopped Walnuts and mix.
- Roll into 10 equal balls and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Gently press them down.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden, turning the pan halfway through.
- Remove, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and let cool to room temperature.
