How to Prepare
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Whisk together 80g / 2.82oz Coconut sugar and 0.5 tsp Baking soda. 3. Stir in 120ml / 4.06fl oz Salted unsweetened almond butter and mix to combine. 4. Crack in 1 large Organic egg and mix. 5. Add 30g / 1.06oz Chocolate chips, 2 tbsp Hulled hemp seeds, 30g / 1.06oz Ground flaxseeds, and 30g / 1.06oz toasted and chopped Walnuts and mix. 6. Roll into 10 equal balls and arrange on the baking sheet. 7. Gently press them down. 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden, turning the pan halfway through. 9. Remove, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and let cool to room temperature.
Good to Know
Optional: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt after baking. High in protein and healthy fats due to almond butter and hemp seeds.
