2 large Apple, 5 tbsp Water, 75g / 2.65oz cooked Chicken livers
Preparation
1. Peel, core, and quarter 2 large Apples. 2. Place the Apples and 5 tbsp Water in a small saucepan. 3. Heat over low to medium heat with the lid on for about 20 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally. 4. Blend using a hand-blender or food processor. 5. If adding 75g / 2.65oz cooked Chicken livers, do so now and allow the mix to cool. 6. Keep a portion to use and freeze the rest in ice cubes for later use.
