3 ripe Bananas, 2 ripe Avocados, 30g / 1.05oz Raw cacao powder, 60ml / 2.03fl oz Maple syrup, 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation
1. In a blender, combine 3 ripe Bananas, flesh from 2 ripe Avocados, 30g / 1.05oz raw Cacao powder, 60ml / 2.03fl oz Maple syrup, and 1 tsp Vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. 2. Spoon into 3-4 small bowls and place in the fridge to chill or enjoy straight away. 3. Add berries and crushed nuts to serve.
