Ingredients
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Kosher salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 6 slices cut in half crosswise Bacon
- 12 Chicken tenders
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Mix 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili powder, 0.5 tsp Kosher salt, and 0.5 tsp Black pepper in a small bowl.
- Pound 6 slices cut in half crosswise Bacon between parchment paper using a heavy pan.
- Season 12 Chicken tenders with half of the spice mix.
- Wrap each tender with a piece of Bacon, place on the wire rack, and season with the remaining spice mix.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Increase heat to 230°C (450°F) and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bacon crisps.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving or packing.
