Ingredients
- 2 ripe Bananas
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp Ground mixed spice
- as needed olive or coconut oil Cooking spray
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Slice 2 ripe Bananas in half lengthways with the skin still on.
3. Place each Banana half, skin-side down, onto the lined baking tray.
4. Spray each Banana a couple of times with olive or coconut oil Cooking spray, then sprinkle with 1 tsp Ground cinnamon and 0.25 tsp Ground mixed spice.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the skin has blackened and the sugars in the Banana start to bubble.
