Ingredients

200g / 7.05oz Cooked and mashed sweet potato, 1 Banana, 250ml / 8.45fl oz Milk, 3 Egg yolks

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). 2. Place 200g cooked and mashed sweet potato, 1 Banana, 250ml Milk, and 3 Egg yolks in a bowl and blend until smooth. 3. Grease 6 ramekins and place them in a deep roasting tray. Divide the mixture between the 6 ramekins. 4. Pour boiling water into the roasting tray to come about a third of the way up the ramekins, creating a water bath. 5. Bake for 25 minutes until the porridge has set. Remove from the oven and the water bath, and allow to cool before serving.
