Ingredients
- 2 chopped Banana
- 200g / 7.05oz Acai
- 80ml / 2.7fl oz Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp slivered Almonds
- 120g / 4.2oz finely chopped Dark chocolate
Preparation
- Blend 2 chopped Bananas, 200g / 7.05oz Acai, and 80ml / 2.7fl oz Coconut milk until smooth.
- Insert ice-cream sticks into six small popsicle molds.
- Pour in the banana mixture and freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
- Toast 1 tbsp slivered Almonds in a dry frying pan over low heat until slightly golden. Set aside to cool.
- Melt 120g / 4.2oz finely chopped Dark chocolate in the microwave or over simmering water until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- Line an airtight container with baking paper.
- Remove popsicles from molds, dip each into melted chocolate, then into toasted almonds.
- Place in container and freeze for 30 minutes before serving.

Good to know
You might want to melt a little more chocolate than needed to make it easier to dip the popsicles. Substitute any other frozen fruit you like such as berries, mango, or kiwifruit.
