- 1/2 Banana
- 10 large Raspberries
- 1/2 large Avocado
- 2 blocks chopped

Preparation
- Mash the fruit with the back of a fork.
- Stir the mashed fruit into 3 tbsp thick full-fat Greek-style yogurt.
