Ingredients

  • 0.5 small Avocado
  • 4 slices Wholegrain bread
  • 100g / 3.53oz cooked
  • sliced Lean beef
  • 1 thinly sliced Tomato
  • 4 slices tinned Beetroot
  • 50g / 1.76oz Baby spinach or rocket
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Preparation

  1. Slice 0.5 small Avocado and divide between 2 slices of Wholegrain bread.
  2. Top with 100g / 3.53oz cooked, sliced Lean beef, 1 thinly sliced Tomato, 4 slices tinned Beetroot, and 50g / 1.76oz Baby spinach or rocket.
  3. Spread 1 tsp Dijon mustard over another 2 slices of Wholegrain bread.
  4. Place the mustard-spread bread on top of the rocket-spinach mix.
