Ingredients
200g / 7oz drained Canned sweetcorn, 100g / 3.5oz drained Wilted spinach, 100g / 3.5oz Self-raising flour, 2 Egg, 70ml / 2.5fl oz Milk, 1 tsp Baking powder, 1 tbsp Oil
Preparation
1. Add 200g / 7oz drained Canned sweetcorn, 100g / 3.5oz drained Wilted spinach, 100g / 3.5oz Self-raising flour, 2 Eggs, 70ml / 2.5fl oz Milk, and 1 tsp Baking powder to a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan with 1 tbsp Oil over medium heat. 3. Spoon tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and gently shape into circles. 4. Cook for 1 minute until bubbles form, then flip with a spatula and cook for another minute. 5. Serve warm, cut into strips for babies.
