Ingredients
- 120g / 4.23oz Steel-cut organic oats
- 125ml / 4.23fl oz Milk
- 250ml / 8.45fl oz Water
- 1 peeled
- cored
- and grated Apple
- 90g / 3.17oz Plain Greek yoghurt
- 37g / 1.3oz Fresh blueberries
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together 120g / 4.23oz Steel-cut organic oats, 125ml / 4.23fl oz Milk, and 250ml / 8.45fl oz Water.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir in 1 peeled, cored and grated Apple, 90g / 3.17oz Plain Greek yoghurt, and 37g / 1.3oz Fresh blueberries.
- Blend the porridge using a hand blender to incorporate the blueberries.
