Ingredients

  • 90g / 3.2 oz Apple puree
  • 200g / 7.1 oz Buckwheat flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Egg
  • Pinch Vanilla
  • 300ml / 10.1 oz Milk
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • 20ml / 0.7 oz Coconut oil

Preparation

  1. 1. Peel, core, and finely chop the apples.
  2. 2. Mix the chopped apples with egg, apple puree, and coconut oil in a bowl.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix buckwheat flour, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, milk, and water thoroughly.
  4. 4. Combine apple mix with flour-milk mixture.
  5. 5. Preheat the waffle iron and grease if necessary. Pour portions of the batter into the waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
