- 200g / 7.1 oz Buckwheat flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Egg
- Pinch Vanilla
- 300ml / 10.1 oz Milk
- Pinch Cinnamon
- 20ml / 0.7 oz Coconut oil

Preparation
1. Peel, core, and finely chop the apples.
2. Mix the chopped apples with egg, apple puree, and coconut oil in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, mix buckwheat flour, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, milk, and water thoroughly.
4. Combine apple mix with flour-milk mixture.
5. Preheat the waffle iron and grease if necessary. Pour portions of the batter into the waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
