Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 350g / 12oz fresh or frozen Berries
  • 375ml / 12.68fl oz Oat milk
  • 20g / 0.7oz Baby spinach or raw courgette/zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add the dates, if desired, blend and serve.
