Ingredients
- 250g / 8.82oz frozen Mixed frozen berries
- 1 ripe Banana
- 250ml / 8.45fl oz Unsweetened oat drink
- 2 tbsp soft Soft oats
Preparation
- Let 250g / 8.82oz frozen mixed berries thaw slightly.
- Peel 1 ripe Banana.
- Combine all ingredients in a tall mixing container.
- Blend finely with an immersion blender.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
