Ingredients
1 handful fresh or frozen and defrosted Blackberries, juice of 1 lemon Lemon juice, 1.2 liters / 2 pints Water
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mash 1 handful of fresh or frozen and defrosted Blackberries with the back of a fork. 2. Add the juice of 1 Lemon. 3. Add the pulp to a fine sieve and, using the back of a spoon, push the fruit through the sieve into a jug containing 1.2 liters / 2 pints of Water. 4. Stir and serve.
