Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 3/4 tsp Fine sea salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1lb peeled Large shrimp
Preparation
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes.
- Combine 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, 1/2 tsp of dried thyme, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp of coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, and 3/4 tsp of fine sea salt in a large bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1lb of peeled large shrimp. Mix well and marinate for at least 10 minutes at room temperature, or up to overnight in the fridge.
- Heat grill to medium-high and divide shrimp between the skewers.
- Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the shrimp have nice grill marks and are pink all the way through.
