Ingredients
1 tbsp Whole flaxseeds, 2 tbsp Water, 1 diced Banana, 2 cups Cashew butter, 2 tbsp Hulled hemp seeds, 2 tbsp Raw honey, 1/4 tsp Fine sea salt
Preparation
1. Soak 1 tbsp Whole flaxseeds in 2 tbsp Water for at least 1 hour to form a gel. 2. In a large bowl, mix the gel with 1 diced Banana, 2 cups Cashew butter, 2 tbsp Hulled hemp seeds, 2 tbsp Raw honey, and 1/4 tsp Fine sea salt. 3. Line a freezer-safe container with parchment paper. 4. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized spheres and place them in the container. 5. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
