Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 450g / 15.87oz cooked Cauliflower
- 2 Egg yolks
- 100g / 3.52oz grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 4 Egg whites
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Line two baking trays with silicone baking paper.
- Melt 2 tbsp Cream and 2 tbsp Butter.
- Blend 450g / 15.87oz cooked Cauliflower with the melted Cream and Butter, then cool completely.
- Stir in 2 Egg yolks, 100g / 3.52oz grated Cheddar cheese, and 1 tsp Baking powder.
- Whisk 4 Egg whites until stiff and fold 1/4 into the Cauliflower mixture, then fold in the rest.
- Pipe or scoop the mixture into tots on the baking trays (3cm each, spaced apart).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
