100g / 3.5oz shredded, cooked Chicken, 1 finely diced Celery, 150g / 5.3oz Asian Coleslaw, 4 slices Wholegrain Bread, 1/2 small Avocado, to taste freshly ground Black Pepper
Preparation
1. Combine 100g / 3.5oz shredded, cooked Chicken with 1 finely diced Celery stalk and 150g / 5.3oz Asian Coleslaw. 2. Spread the chicken mixture over 2 slices of Wholegrain Bread. 3. Slice 1/2 small Avocado and divide it between the sandwiches. 4. Sprinkle with freshly ground Black Pepper. 5. Finish the sandwich with another 2 slices of Wholegrain Bread.
