Ingredients
- 100g / 3.5 oz Cashews
- 300g / 10.6 oz Spelt flakes
- 50g / 1.8 oz Sunflower seeds
- 30g / 1.1 oz Sesame seeds
- 40g / 1.4 oz puffed Quinoa
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Preparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Chop cashews and mix with the other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Optionally mix in 50 g of honey, which makes the recipe non-vegan.
- 3. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake on the lower rack for about 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- 4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Fill the granola into jars or containers and store.
- 5. To serve, mix 4 tablespoons (approx. 40 g) of granola with plant-based drink, cow's milk, or yogurt, and garnish with fresh fruit as desired.
