Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 250ml / 8.45fl oz Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 0.25 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 peeled and sliced Banana

Preparation

  1. Stir together 3 tbsp Chia seeds and 250ml / 8.45fl oz Almond milk in a bowl. Cover and soak for at least an hour, preferably in the fridge overnight.
  2. Add 2 tbsp Cocoa powder, 0.25 tsp Vanilla extract, and 1 peeled and sliced Banana to the bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with a dollop of plain yoghurt and some sliced banana.

Good to know
