1. Put 250ml / 8.45fl oz Milk, 60g / 2.12oz Greek-style yoghurt, 1 Banana, 1 tbsp Almond butter, 1 tbsp Chia seeds, and 1 tbsp Cocoa powder into a blender. 2. Blitz until smooth. 3. Pour into a glass or an insulated takeaway cup.
