Ingredients
- 7.5cm / 3in Cucumber
- handful fresh or frozen and defrosted Blueberries
- 1.2 litres / 2 pints Water
Preparation
- Pound 7.5cm / 3in Cucumber in a pestle and mortar until a thick, lumpy paste.
- Add handful of Blueberries and crush.
- Spoon pulp into a fine sieve and scrape the juice into a jug containing 1.2 litres / 2 pints of Water.
- Stir and serve.
