Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 slice Low-carb bread
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 peeled and sliced Banana
- 3 tbsp Cream cheese or yoghurt
- a sprinkle Cinnamon
Preparation
- Whisk 1 Egg and 1 tbsp Milk together in a shallow plate with a rim.
- Submerge 1 slice of Low-carb bread in the egg mixture and coat it well on both sides.
- Heat 2 tbsp Coconut oil in a frying pan with 1 tbsp Butter. Lightly fry 1 peeled and sliced Banana and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tbsp Butter to the pan and fry the eggy bread until it's cooked through and golden on both sides.
- Transfer the bread to a plate and top with the fried Bananas, 3 tbsp Cream cheese or Yoghurt, and a sprinkle of Cinnamon.
