3 tbsp Avocado oil, 60g / 2.1oz Popcorn kernels, 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast, 0.5 tsp Onion powder, 0.5 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Spirulina powder, 0.125 tsp Cayenne pepper, 0.5 tsp Kosher salt
Preparation
1. Heat 1 tbsp Avocado oil and 3 Popcorn kernels in a covered saucepan over medium heat. 2. When kernels pop, add remaining Popcorn. 3. Cook, shaking pan every 30 seconds, until popping slows to 1-2 seconds between pops. 4. While popcorn pops, mix 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast, 0.5 tsp Onion powder, 0.5 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Spirulina powder, 0.125 tsp Cayenne pepper, and 0.5 tsp Kosher salt in a bowl. 5. Transfer popped popcorn to a bowl, toss with remaining 2 tbsp Avocado oil. 6. Sprinkle spice mixture over popcorn, toss to coat.
