Ingredients

200g / 7.05oz diced Papaya, 170g / 6oz diced Rockmelon, 120g / 4.23oz Blueberries, 120g / 4.23oz Blackberries, 1 handful Mint leaves, 1 lime Lime juice, 260g / 9.17oz Greek-style yoghurt, 30g / 1.06oz roughly chopped Hazelnuts, 20g / 0.71oz Dark chocolate

Preparation

1. Combine 200g / 7.05oz diced Papaya, 170g / 6oz diced Rockmelon, 120g / 4.23oz Blueberries, and 120g / 4.23oz Blackberries in a large bowl. 2. Sprinkle with 1 handful of Mint leaves and juice of 1 Lime, and gently toss together. 3. Divide the fruit salad among four bowls. 4. Add a big spoonful of 260g / 9.17oz Greek-style yoghurt to each serve, sprinkle with 30g / 1.06oz roughly chopped Hazelnuts, and grate or shave 20g / 0.71oz Dark chocolate over the top.
