Preparation
1. Steam 4 gem squash, halved with the seeds removed, sliced side up for 15 minutes with the lid on, until soft. 2. Add 100g / 3.53oz skinless, boneless, white fish cut into chunks, steam for an additional 5 minutes. Reserve the cooking liquid. 3. Spoon the cooked gem squash and fish into a food processor or blend using a hand blender until smooth. Use a little reserved cooking liquid or baby milk to thin to the correct consistency. Allow to cool.
