- 40g / 1.4oz Rocket
- 16 halved Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 sliced Peach
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 8 tbsp Vegemite
- 80g / 2.8oz wilted Spinach
- 4 sliced Boiled Egg
- 40g / 1.4oz grated Parmesan Cheese
- 8 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
- 2 sliced Pear
- 16 Mint Leaves
- 2 tbsp Honey
Preparation
- Toast 8 slices of Wholegrain Bread.
- Spread 1 tbsp Peanut Butter on each toast and top with sliced Banana and Strawberries.
- In another toast, spread sliced Avocado, sliced Tomato, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp chopped Coriander, and 1 tsp Sesame Seeds.
- Spread 1 tbsp Goat's Curd on each toast, add Rocket, halved Cherry Tomatoes, sliced Peach, 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar.
- Spread 1 tbsp Vegemite on each toast, add wilted Spinach, sliced Boiled Egg, and 1 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese.
- Spread 1 tbsp Ricotta Cheese on each toast, add sliced Pear, Mint Leaves, and 1 tsp Honey.
