Ingredients

  • 60ml / 2fl oz Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 strip small Lemon zest
  • 0.5 Garlic clove
  • 1 large handful Basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Tarragon leaves
  • 2 tbsp Oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp Water

Preparation

  1. Put 60ml / 2fl oz extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 small strip lemon zest, 0.5 garlic clove, 1 large handful basil leaves, 2 tbsp tarragon leaves, 2 tbsp oregano leaves, and 2 tsp water in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  4. Bring back to room temperature before serving.
