Ingredients
- 2 tsp Agar-Agar
- 200ml / 6.76fl oz Grape juice (no added sugar)
- 30ml / 1.01fl oz Honey
- 200ml / 6.76fl oz Grape juice (no added sugar)

Preparation
1. Prepare the silicone ice cube tray on a board or tray.
2. Mix 2 tsp Agar-Agar in a pot with 100ml / 3.38fl oz cold water.
3. Heat while stirring to boil, let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in 200ml / 6.76fl oz Grape juice and 30ml / 1.01fl oz Honey.
5. Pour the mixture into the silicone mold and chill for at least 4 hours.
6. Remove the gummies from the mold and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Agar-Agar is a gelling agent made from red algae. Unlike gelatin, it is purely plant-based. It has little to no flavor, making it suitable for sweets. It must be cooked for 1-2 minutes and then chilled for at least 4 hours to gel properly.
