Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tbsp Raw honey
- 0.5 tsp Fine sea salt
- 4 fillets skin-on Salmon fillets
- 1 small Lemon
Preparation
- Combine 1 tbsp Avocado oil, 2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce, 2 tbsp Raw honey, and 0.5 tsp Fine sea salt in a small bowl.
- Place 4 skin-on Salmon fillets in a shallow bowl, add the hot sauce mixture, and turn to coat. Cover and let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Transfer the marinated Salmon fillets to the baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 12 minutes for medium.
- If desired, broil for 1 to 2 minutes before removing from the oven.
- Plate the salmon and top each fillet with a squeeze of Lemon juice, and an extra dot of Sriracha, if desired. Serve and enjoy.
