Ingredients

  • 50g / 1.76oz washed and chopped Kale
  • 1 peeled
  • cored and roughly chopped Green apple
  • 1 peeled and roughly chopped Kiwi fruit
  • 1/4 peeled Avocado
  • 1 tsp grated fresh Ginger
  • 6 fresh Mint leaves
  • 125ml / 4.23fl oz Coconut water
  • 105g / 3.7oz Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients, including 105g / 3.7oz ice cubes, in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
