Ingredients
- 50g / 1.76oz washed and chopped Kale
- 1 peeled
- cored and roughly chopped Green apple
- 1 peeled and roughly chopped Kiwi fruit
- 1/4 peeled Avocado
- 1 tsp grated fresh Ginger
- 6 fresh Mint leaves
- 125ml / 4.23fl oz Coconut water
- 105g / 3.7oz Ice cubes
Preparation
- Place all ingredients, including 105g / 3.7oz ice cubes, in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
