Ingredients
- 2 Kiwi
- 200ml / 6.76fl oz Coconut milk
Preparation
- Peel 2 Kiwis and slice them into 0.7cm thick slices.
- Place the Kiwi slices into ice molds so that they are at the outer edge and the ice stick can be inserted.
- Stir 200ml / 6.76fl oz Coconut milk until smooth.
- Fill the ice molds with the Coconut milk, close them, and freeze for about 4 hours, preferably overnight.
