Ingredients
- 400g / 14oz cut into florets Broccoli
- 1.5 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Garlic-infused olive oil
- 20g / 0.7oz unsalted Butter or coconut oil
- 2 cloves crushed Garlic
- 1 finely grated Lemon zest
- 0.5 Lemon juice
- to taste freshly ground Black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Garlic-infused olive oil
- 20g / 0.7oz unsalted Butter or coconut oil
- 2 cloves crushed Garlic
- 1 finely grated Lemon zest
- 0.5 Lemon juice
- to taste freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add 400g / 14oz cut into florets Broccoli. Simmer for 4 minutes until just tender.
2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add 1.5 tbsp Sesame seeds. Toast until golden, then set aside.
3. Add 1 tsp Garlic-infused olive oil and 20g / 0.7oz unsalted Butter or coconut oil to the pan. Melt and add 2 crushed Garlic cloves, sauté for 30-60 seconds.
4. Add zest of 1 Lemon and juice of 0.5 Lemon, a good grinding of freshly ground Black pepper, and two-thirds of the toasted Sesame seeds.
5. Drain Broccoli and add to the pan. Sauté for a couple of minutes, then serve with remaining toasted Sesame seeds.
