Ingredients

200g / 7oz Unsweetened dried apricots, 30g / 1oz Coconut oil, 50g / 1.75oz Walnut pieces, 30g / 1oz Coconut flour or ground almonds, 1 tsp Ground ginger

Preparation

1. Add 200g / 7oz unsweetened dried apricots, 30g / 1oz coconut oil, 50g / 1.75oz walnut pieces, 30g / 1oz coconut flour or ground almonds, and 1 tsp ground ginger to a food processor. 2. Blend until the mixture starts to clump together, around 5 minutes. 3. Take a walnut-sized amount of the mixture and roll into a smooth ball. Flatten the ball and roll it into a sausage shape. 4. Roll the bliss ball in desiccated coconut until covered. 5. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
