Ingredients
- 2 ripe Mango
- 400ml / 14fl oz Coconut cream
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
Preparation
- Blend 2 ripe Mangoes, 400ml / 14fl oz Coconut cream and 1 tbsp Maple syrup in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture into 6 popsicle moulds.
- Freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Remove popsicles from moulds by running under warm water briefly. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Good to know
