Ingredients
1-2 pitted Date, 1 ripe Mango, 250g / 8.82oz 1.5% fat Natural yogurt, 1 pinch Salt
Preparation
1. Soak 1-2 pitted Dates in hot water for about 10 minutes. Drain and chop finely. 2. Peel 1 ripe Mango, cut the flesh off the flat sides of the stone, then chop into small cubes. 3. Puree all ingredients in a tall mixing cup with a hand blender until smooth. 4. Pour the Lassi into glasses and serve. Optionally, insert a colorful straw into each glass.
