Ingredients

- 100g / 3.53oz Millet
- 600ml / 20.29fl oz Milk
- 0.25 tsp ground Vanilla
- 0.5 Apple
- 50g / 1.76oz Raisins
- 2 tbsp brown Almond butter

Preparation

1. Rinse 100g Millet under cold water until the water is clear, drain briefly and bring to a boil with 600ml / 20.29fl oz Milk in a small pot. Stir in 1/4 tsp ground Vanilla.
2. Cover and let simmer over low to medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Meanwhile, wash, peel, quarter, and core 1/2 Apple. Dice into 1.5 cm cubes and add to Millet with 50g / 1.76oz Raisins, stirring well.
4. Cover and let simmer for another 10 minutes until the Millet has absorbed the Milk completely.
5. Remove from heat, let cool to lukewarm, and drizzle with 2 tbsp brown Almond butter before serving.
