Ingredients
- 100g / 3.53oz Millet
- 600ml / 20.29fl oz Milk
- 0.25 tsp ground Vanilla
- 0.5 Apple
- 50g / 1.76oz Raisins
- 2 tbsp brown Almond butter
Preparation
- Rinse 100g Millet under cold water until the water is clear, drain briefly and bring to a boil with 600ml / 20.29fl oz Milk in a small pot. Stir in 1/4 tsp ground Vanilla.
- Cover and let simmer over low to medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, wash, peel, quarter, and core 1/2 Apple. Dice into 1.5 cm cubes and add to Millet with 50g / 1.76oz Raisins, stirring well.
- Cover and let simmer for another 10 minutes until the Millet has absorbed the Milk completely.
- Remove from heat, let cool to lukewarm, and drizzle with 2 tbsp brown Almond butter before serving.
