70g / 2.47oz Millet, 0.5 tsp ground Vanilla, 150ml / 5.07fl oz unsweetened Oat drink, 200g / 7.05oz Blueberries, 2 tsp light Almond butter, 250g / 8.82oz Natural yogurt
Preparation
1. Rinse 70g / 2.47oz Millet under hot running water and drain. 2. In a small pot, bring 150ml / 5.07fl oz unsweetened Oat drink and 0.5 tsp ground Vanilla to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, sort, wash, and dry 200g / 7.05oz Blueberries. 6. Mix Millet with 2 tsp light Almond butter and 250g / 8.82oz Natural yogurt. 7. Serve with Blueberries on top.
