In a mixing bowl, beat 4 medium eggs, 80g / 2.82oz coconut blossom sugar, and 1 tsp ground vanilla with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until frothy. 4. Add 50g / 1.76oz soft butter and mix in. 5. Add the flour mixture and 100ml / 3.38fl oz oat drink, and mix until smooth. 6. Remove one-third of the batter and mix with 20g / 0.71oz carob powder and the remaining oat drink. 7. Fill the Gugelhupf molds with the light batter, then add the dark batter on top. Swirl a fork through the batter to create a marbled effect. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until light brown. Remove from oven, cool slightly in the tray, then cool completely on a wire rack. Dust with rice syrup powder before serving.

Oat drink is made from oats and water. It is lactose-free and suitable for people with milk protein allergies. However, it is not nutritionally rich and lacks proteins and vitamin B12, which are important for children's development. Always choose organic oat drink to ensure the amount of added ingredients is within a reasonable range.
